Colorado Friends in High Places

where to buy bupropion As with most people you connect with, you try and stay in touch and certainly hope that your paths cross again.  And such was the case when we sent Carrie and Barry an e-mail saying…  headed your way on our travels through Utah and into Colorado.

Without hesitation, come on over… You can park in our driveway and we have 50 amp hook-up and water.

So, we did – after watching the weather!

We first met them in Pasadena, CA at the 2014/2015 Rose Parade Rally.

Vail to Leadville was a mere 43 mile climb up to +10,000’. And what a climb! It’s amazing what nearly 2 years of travelling does. I’m a lot more comfortable travelling mountain highways than I used to be!

We had never really heard about Leadville, CO and a bit of research opened our eyes. This little Rocky Mountain town is situated at an elevation of 10,152 feet (3,094 m) and is the highest incorporated city in the USA.

A former silver mining town, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this cozy mountain town contains many historic structures, sites and museums from its dynamic mining era.

We visited this excellent, informative 5-level mining museum. Located in the town's original high school.

The weather was perfect. The snow was melting. The company was great. The visit short.

Yes, it’s nice to have friends in high places…

What a great “RV Park” to stay at this very high elevation. Beautiful homes! While cooler, it looks like it was beautiful:) Love your closing line!!
