Year 1 – and “YES” – we still love it!
It was one year ago today that we picked up this mechanical marvel and embarked on this simpler life and BIG adventure. Has it been worth it? Every. Single. Moment.
- 23,000 kilometres/14,000 miles
- AVG 6 – 8 MPG
- 365 days
- 82 stops
- 14 States
- 5 Provinces
One or two overnight stops in some of these places just doesn’t cut it. There is still so much to see, so much to do and we will go back another time – just following a different route!
Our preliminary plans for year 2 will be an east coast circle. We don’t expect as many miles and our stays will likely be fewer in number but longer in duration.
But then again – maybe – maybe not!
Finally, it’s been quite the adventure and we’re thrilled you’ve been along for the ride with us! The following are just some of our back yards and views from the windshield the last 12 months…
